Ruim 100.000 gezinnen in Bretagne, in het westen van Frankrijk, zitten vrijdagavond zonder elektriciteit. Oorzaak is de storm Ulla, meldt de Franse elektriciteitsdistributeur ERDF.
De storm Ulla zal de hele nacht tekeer gaan in Bretagne. Er worden rukwinden tot 120 km/uur verwacht, volgens Météo France. Langs de kust kan dat oplopen tot 130 en zelfs 140 km/u.
