De man werd op 30 december voor zijn huis doodgeschoten waarna de dader wegvluchtte. Het slachtoffer was van Surinaamse afkomst en was kort voor zijn dood nog in Suriname geweest. Twintig rechercheurs werken aan de zaak, maar de dader blijft voorlopig spoorloos.
