Uit de belegerde wijken van de Syrische stad Homs zijn zondag minstens 420 burgers geëvacueerd, als gevolg van een humanitair akkoord tussen de conflictpartijen en onder toezicht van de VN, zo heeft gouverneur Talal Barazi volgens de staatstelevisie gezegd. Volgens de gouverneur blijft de evacuatie-operatie aan de gang.
