Er zijn vooral problemen met de autoverzekering. Dat blijkt uit het jaarverslag van Datassur, dat de zwarte lijst beheert. Wie op de lijst belandt, moet meestal ook een hogere premie betalen.
De zwarte lijst is een initiatief van de verzekeraars, zonder controle van buitenaf. Test-Aankoop wil daarom dat de lijst afgeschaft of hervormd wordt.
