De vriend wordt ervan beschuldigd dan hij in augustus 2006 de kidnapper in zijn auto liet stappen, nadat Kampusch wist te ontsnappen. De 45-jarige man riskeert tot twee jaar cel.
De aanklacht is opmerkelijk, omdat de zaak al gesloten is.
