Modrikamen werd achteraf weer vrijgelaten. Er vond eerst nog wel een huiszoeking plaats bij de man die met de Parti Populaire nu ook politiek actief is.
De advocaat van onder meer de kleine Fortisaandeelhouders, werd (nog) niet in beschuldiging gesteld.
