Volgens Le Soir besliste de strafuitvoeringsrechtbank van Brussel over de voorwaardelijke invrijheidstelling.
Agnès Pandy, die maandag 50 jaar wordt, werd in 2002 veroordeeld tot 21 jaar gevangenis. Ze hielp haar vader bij het doden van zes familieleden. Tijdens haar gevangenisstraf kreeg ze met borstkanker te kampen.
Andras Pandy blijft opgesloten in Leuven.
