De Britse prins Harry is volgens de krant News of the World doelwit nummer één van Al-Qaeda én Ierse terroristen.
Prins Harry trok in 2008 als soldaat naar Afghanistan. Dat en zijn soms losbandige levensstijl zouden voldoende reden zijn voor de terroristen om hun pijlen op hem te richten.
Uit voorzorg is de beveiliging rond de prins opgedreven; zes bodyguards wijken niet van zijn zijde. Ook prins Charles en Camilla kregen al extra beveiliging.
