In de Noorse hoofdstad Oslo is de rechtse extremist Anders Behring Breivik toerekeningsvatbaar verklaard. Door die beslissing van de rechtbank krijgt Breivik de maximumstraf van 21 jaar cel. Die termijn kan wel nog verlengd worden.
