De Franse president Nicolas Sarkozy is vervroegd teruggekeerd van zijn vakantie aan de Franse Rivièra. Vandaag roept hij een crisisvergadering bijeen over de economische en financiële situatie.
Het spoedberaad wordt bijgewoond door onder meer de minister van financiën François Baroin, minister van begroting Valérie Pécresse, minister van buitenlandse zaken Alain Juppé en minister van Europese zaken Jean Leonetti.
