In Parijs hebben de hulpdiensten dinsdagavond de Eiffeltoren en het nabijgelegen Champ-de-Mars ontruimd na een bommelding. Dat meldt het Franse persbureau AFP.
Even voor 21 uur begonnen politieagenten het monument en de omgeving te ontruimen.
Er bevonden zich op dat ogenblik ongeveer 25.000 mensen in de buurt van de populaire toeristische attractie.
