De Tunesische interim-president Foued Mebezaa heeft zondag de voormalige minister Béji Caïd Essebsi benoemd tot premier van de overgangsregering. Essebsi volgt Mohamed Ghannouchi op, die eerder zondag wegens aanhoudend straatprotest ontslag nam.
