De jaarlijkse griepepidemie heeft zijn piek bereikt. Dat beweert viroloog Marc Van Ranst. Momenteel zouden zowat 220.000 Belgen ziek zijn.
"De griep slaat niet zwaarder toe dan andere jaren, maar hij zit nu echt wel op zijn piek", aldus Van Ranst in de Corelio-kranten. "In Brussel en Antwerpen is hij wel al lichtjes aan het afnemen."
