Het gaat om Marion Soare, een Roemeen van 58 die meisjes uit Roemenië en Bulgarije liet prostitueren in België.
De man moet in ons land nog een gevangenisstraf van 2,5 jaar uitzitten. Hij was al enkele jaren op de vlucht.
