Jo Lernout gaat in Cassatie tegen het arrest dat maandag is uitgesproken door het Gentse hof van beroep. Hij werd, samen met medestichter Pol Hauspie, veroordeeld tot vijf jaar cel, waarvan drie jaar effectief.
De advocaat van Lernout laat dinsdag weten dat zijn cliënt Cassatie inroept
