Een uitgelekte mail heeft het kabinet van Philippe Muyters (N-VA) en de Vlaamse minister zelf in nauwe schoentjes gebracht. Het gaat om een brief aan de N-VA-fractie in het Vlaams Parlement waaruit zou kunnen afgeleid worden dat Muyters het parlement heeft voorgelogen over de begroting van 2009.
