Het Libische regime heeft zondag opnieuw een staakt-het-vuren afgekondigd. Alle Libische strijdkrachten hebben opdracht gekregen vanaf 21.00 uur plaatselijke tijd (20.00 uur Belgische tijd) een wapenstilstand in acht te nemen.
Een regeringswoordvoerder heeft ook verklaard dat het Noord-Afrikaanse land te maken krijgt met een "barbaarse gewapende agressie".
