Een man viel in de nacht van zaterdag op zondag om nog onduidelijke redenen in de Maas. Hij werd door een dappere getuige, die hem achterna sprong, naar de oever gehaald. De man werd bewusteloos naar het hospitaal gebracht, waar hij zondagmorgen helaas overleed.
Het is voorlopig nog niet duidelijk of het om een wanhoopsdaad gaat.
