Formateur Elio Di Rupo heeft de zes onderhandelende partijen een nieuwe begrotingstabel voorgelegd. Na zijn toelichting werd de vergadering om 19 uur voor een uurtje geschorst om de partijen de kans te geven om het nieuwe voorstel te onderzoeken.
