Het ontslag van voormalig N-VA-senator Kim Geybels is rechtsgeldig. Dat heeft het bureau van de Senaat vanmiddag beslist.
Geybels' opvolger Piet De Bruyn kan dus volgende week de eed afleggen als senator. Hij zal dat dinsdag doen.
