In Antwerpen wijst de Stadslijst de formateursnota van Bart De Wever af en vraagt een nota "die verder gaat dan zijn eigen partijprogramma". Ook Groen vindt de nota onaanvaardbaar als basis voor onderhandelingen om tot een coalitie te komen.
