Omar Bin Laden en zijn vrouw Zaina kunnen geen kinderen krijgen. Daarom zochten ze op het internet naar een draagmoeder. Hun keuze viel op de Britse Louise Pollard.
Volgens de 24-jarige vrouw was Zaina dolenthousiast toen uit de echo bleek dat ze zwanger was een tweeling. "Ze barstte prompt in tranen uit", aldus Pollard.
