De speciale Algerijnse troepen hebben donderdag op een gasveld in de Sahara 100 buitenlandse gijzelaars bevrijd, maar 30 zijn nog vermist, zo heeft het officiële Algerijnse persburau APS vrijdag op gezag van een veiligheidsbron gemeld.
"Bijna een honderdtal buitenlanders van 132 gegijzelden door de terreurgroep die woensdag het gasveld Tgantourine hebben aangevallen, zijn bevrijd", schreef APS
