Het tekent daar beroep aan tegen de weigering van onderzoeksrechter De Troy om informatie te geven over het arrest. Dat is beslist na een gesprek met minister van justitie Stefaan De Clerck.
Het parket-generaal hoopt nu dat de onderzoeksrechter zijn weigering zal moeten intrekken.
