In de Zuid-Afrikaanse hoofdstad Pretoria heeft rechter Desmond Nair dinsdag beslist dat Oscar Pistorius wordt aangeklaagd voor moord met voorbedachtheid op Reeva Steenkamp.
Daarmee verkleint de kans dat de 26-jarige atleet op borgtocht de gevangenis mag verlaten.
