De twintiger was razend omdat hij naar zijn kamer gestuurd werd. Toen hij terug naar de eetzaal kwam voor het avondeten, stak hij een mes in de rug van het slachtoffer. De jonge vrouw had verzorging nodig, maar is intussen aan de beterhand.
De dader is ter beschikking gesteld van het Luikse parket.
