Pyongyang zet ondanks de internationale druk zijn nucleaire programma gewoon verder, meent de minister. Volgens experts zou het land nu voldoende materiaal hebben voor zes à zeven kernwapens.
Noord-Korea is bereid om opnieuw rond de tafel gaan zitten over de ontmanteling van zijn atoomprogramma, maar stelt daarvoor wel enkele eisen zoals het ofheffen van alle VN-sancties.
