De twee daders sloegen destijds na de feiten op de vlucht. Ze wilde een wagen carjacken, maar de bestuurster strubbelde tegen. Ze werd in koelen bloede doodgeschoten.
De terugkeer van de daders lokt heel wat emoties los uit bij mensen uit de buurt en natuurlijk ook bij de overvallen aphotheker.
