Radovan Stankovic, de Serviër die tot twintig jaar cel was veroordeeld voor oorlogsmisdaden maar in 2007 uit de gevangenis wist te ontsnappen, zit terug in de cel. Hij werd gisteren opgepakt in het Bosnische Foca.
Stankovic (42) zou gevangengenomen Bosnische moslims en Kroaten hebben mishandeld, verkracht en gedood na de verovering van het Oost-Bosnische district Foca in 1992.
