De werkloosheid in Spanje is tijdens het laatste kwartaal van vorig jaar gestegen tot 26,02 procent van de actieve bevolking. Dat blijkt donderdag uit officiële cijfers van het Spaanse nationale instituut voor de statistiek INE.
Het Zuid-Europese land blijft in recessie. Eind december telde Spanje 5.965.400 werklozen. Dat zijn er 187.300 meer dan een kwartaal eerder.
