Russische taferelen... maar die zich dan wel afspelen in het Nederlandse Arnhem. Twee gasten op een scooter rijden tegen het verkeer in en gaan dan nog even doodleuk een chauffeur aanvallen, o.a. door een bierflesje tegen zijn hoofd te gooien! Stoer hoor...
