De klacht van de Franse journaliste Tristane Banon tegen de voormalige topman van het Internationaal Monetair Fonds (IMF) Dominique Strauss-Kahn wegens poging tot verkrachting, is zonder gevolg geklasseerd.
De beschuldiging van seksuele agressie werd wel erkend. De feiten die van 2003 dateren, zijn echter verjaard. Dat meldt het parket van Parijs.
