De oud-bisschop van Brugge, Roger Vangheluwe, verblijft in een klooster gelegen in de Loirestreek in Frankrijk. Dat schrijven de kranten van De Persgroep maandag. De straf die het Vaticaan aan Vangheluwe opgelegde, verplichtte hem om België te verlaten.
De 74-jarige oudbisschop moet ook een spirituele en psychologische behandeling volgen omdat hij jarenlang zijn minderjarige neef seksueel misbruikte.
