Een vrouw uit Braives, in de provincie Luik, is zondagavond iets na 19 uur aangereden door een auto die vluchtmisdrijf pleegde. De vrouw, een veertigster, overleefde de aanrijding niet. Het ongeval vond plaats in de rue de la Pompe in Braives, niet ver van de (taal)grens met Landen. Volgens de brandweer stierf het slachtoffer ter plekke.
