De Oeso, de Organisatie voor Economische Samenwerking en Ontwikkeling, verwacht dat de werkloosheidsgraad in België in 2014 zal stijgen van 8,6 procent naar 8,9 procent. Dat blijkt uit nieuwe vooruitzichten van de organisatie.
België staat daarmee niet alleen. Ook al verwacht de organisatie dat de totale werkloosheidsgraad in alle Oeso-lidstaten licht zal dalen, toch wordt voor de meeste Europese landen uitgegaan van een stagnering of stijging van de werkloosheid.
