Dominique Le Toullec is een personal trainer en fitnessbabe die mensen via sociale media en haar blog aanspoort om te sporten, gezond te eten en vooral ‘beachproof’ te maken tegen de zomer.

Met zuiderse Marokkaanse invloeden gecombineerd met een Franse, Italiaanse en Australische touch ziet deze jongedame van 31 er verrukkelijk uit. Als gezicht voor verschillende bekende merken als Reebok heeft ze de nodige bladen en sites als Zoo Magazine en FHM geïnspireerd ze met haar prachtig lijf op de cover te zetten.

A lot of you know I’ve been a personal trainer for some time, I actually find personal training more of a hobby because the people I work with are people I become friends with and I don’t wish to train them for just a quick 6-8 program. I want to teach them how to live a healthy lifestyle long term. I like to say I am more of a lifestyle educator. An accountability coach if you will that helps people with their diets, their training but also with their long term goals and how to do things day by day that will become habit and they will stick to. Not a quick fix but a lifestyle change that will better them for the rest of their lives. I geninually just want to help people get to a better place in life and stay there! • Bikinis + tanning • Does anyone else get crazy tan lines when tanning? I’m loving this bikini top from @lanikaithelabel keeping my tan lines minimal and the design is stunning for a tube top.
