Ondertussen heeft Nikki maar liefst 1 miljoen dollar aan operaties uitgegeven om er helemaal anders uitzien. Haar ultieme droom was om er uit te zien als een perfecte barbiepop. Iets wat haar aardig gelukt is.
Nikki heeft na tientallen operaties ook gigantisch veel fans op Instagram. Met bijna 400.000 volgers kan ze zichzelf behoorlijk populair noemen en fulltime infuencer. Hoewel ze ook haters heeft, is Nikki haar boodschap duidelijk voor hen: 'plastic is fantastic'.
