De Nederlandse actrice Sylvia Kristel is in kritieke toestand opgenomen in een Amsterdams ziekenhuis, nadat ze thuis getroffen werd door een herseninfarct. Dat staat zaterdag in een krant van De Persgroep.
De 59-jarige actrice was lange tijd de partner van schrijver Hugo Claus en is bekend van de zacht-erotische 'Emmanuelle'-films.
"Ik zou willen dat ik kon zeggen dat er nog hoop op snelle beterschap is", aldus haar zoon Arthur. "Maar we moeten realistisch zijn." Haar behandeling tegen kanker is voorlopig stopgezet, omdat Kristel te zwak is.
