Warner Bros werkt aan een remake van 'Buffy, the Vampire Slayer' uit 1992. Ten vroegste eind volgend jaar moet de film uitkomen.
De 'Buffy'-film met Kristy Swanson was de aanleiding voor de gelijknamige populaire tv-serie met Sarah Michelle Gellar (foto). De serie werd in 2003 na zeven seizoenen stopgezet.
Details over de film zijn nog niet bekend, alleen dat de heldin op een geheel nieuwe manier zal worden voorgesteld.
