In de film van Jan Verheyen, gebaseerd op het boek van Jef Geeraerts, nemen Vincke en Verstuyft het op tegen de Albanese maffia.
De hoofdrollen worden vertolkt door Koen de Bouw (Eric Vincke) en Werner De Smedt (Freddy Verstuyft). Ook in 'De zaak Alzheimer' van Erik Van Looy was dat al het geval.
