Een 59-jarige Belg is zaterdagochtend in slaap gevallen voor een verkeerslicht in Maastricht. De hulpdiensten kregen een oproep dat de man onwel was geworden, maar bij nader inzien bleek hij 1,7 promille alcohol in het bloed te hebben. Dat meldt de politie Limburg-Zuid zondag.
