In Harbin, in de Noordoost-Chinese provincie Heilongjiang, zijn de voorbereidingen voor het dertigste IJs- en Sneeuwsculpturenfestival volop aan de gang. Het festival opent pas over een week de deuren, maar nu al rijzen er prachtige sneeuwpaleizen en standbeelden uit de sneeuw.
