Gouverneur Carl Decaluwé ging dinsdag wel érg ver om de scheepsramp met de Herald of Free Enterprise - gisteren exact 25 jaar geleden - te herdenken.
Tijdens een oefenvlucht boven de Noordzee bengelde hij aan een helikopter om ter hoogte van de plaats van het ongeval een bloemenkrans op het water neer te leggen.
