De Britse acteur Hugh Laurie (51) wil stoppen met de Amerikaanse serie 'House M.D.' De Brit neemt nog een achtste seizoen op en wil dan stoppen met de rol van de cynische maar briljante dokter Gregory House.
Laurie wil zich na de laatste opnames helemaal storten op zijn zangcarrière. Onlangs bracht hij zijn eerste CD 'Let them talk' uit.
Voor zijn rol als House kreeg Laurie al twee Golden Globe Awards. Hij is de bestbetaalde televisieacteur van dit moment.
Momenteel loopt bij ons het zevende seizoen van 'House M.D.' op 2BE.
