De 60-jarige Claus Brune gidste de groep, waarin zich kinderen bevonden, door het stadion. Toen hij het gezelschap naar de tribunes leidde, zag hij tot zijn ontsteltenis hoe een koppel de liefde bedreef in de middencirkel. De gids voerde de groep daarop maar snel weg.
De man en de vrouw, schijnbaar grote fans van Hannover '96, maakten zich vliegensvlug uit de voeten.
