Met een begrotingsakoord op zak kon de Amerikaanse president Barack Obama zich woensdag alsnog bij zijn familie vervoegen voor hun vakantie op Hawaï. De officiële fotograaf van het Witte Huis, Pete Souza, volgt de president echter overal, zelfs wanneer die op nieuwjaarsdag een duik nam in de Baai van Kaneohe.
