Chef-kok Piet Huysentruyt heeft, met zijn restaurant 'Likoké' in de Ardèche, een eerste Michelinster binnengehaald. Dat meldt Le Guide Michelin maandag op Twitter.
In oktober werd hij door Gault&Millau verkozen tot "ontdekking van het jaar". Het restaurant, in het dorp Les Vans, is sinds juni vorig jaar open.
