Zeker zes toiletten werkten niet meer waarop de piloot besloot rechtsomkeer te maken. Volgens Air France was de vlucht anders verder "erg ongemakkelijk" verlopen.
De passagiers daarentegen spraken na een rondvlucht van vijf uur over "chaotische en absurde toestanden."
