Actrice Frances Bay is niet meer. De Canadese schitterde in de televisieserie "Seinfeld" en in enkele films.
Zo was ze onder meer te zien in "Blue velvet", "Wild at heart", "The wedding planner" en "Happy Gilmore", een prent met Adam Sandler.
Het kleinere werk schuwde ze niet. Zo versierde ze bijrollen in reeksen als "The dukes of Hazzard", "Charmed", "ER" en "Greys anatomy".
Bay debuteerde als vijftiger. In 2008 onthulde ze in Toronto haar ster op de Canadese Walk of Fame.
