Faisal Mohyud-Din en Mohammed Azeem hingen 24 uur en 17 minuten in elkaars armen en verbeterden zo het vorige record met 16 minuten.
"Het kostte veel energie en uithoudingsvermogen, maar ik ben dolblij het record verbroken te hebben", aldus Mohyud-Din.
Goede doel
Met hun actie zamelden de twee tevens geld in voor het goede doel, meer bepaald het Christie Cancer Hospital.
